I don’t understand how anyone could have a negative review for this company. I bought an item which worked perfectly but a small part broke. I contacted Nut who straight away offered to pay for the repair locally. Unfortunately I couldn’t source the part over the holidays so they sent me a new item before the repair companies reopened and I was able to continue working. I can’t thank them enough and encourage anyone who is contemplating buying from them to do so. I definitely will be doing so.

I purchased an air conditioner for a Christmas gift, and unfortunately part of it was cracked and leaked. I got in touch with Homemygarden via email and sent photos of damage, and I didn’t have to wait more than a few hours to get a reply from Nut, and he was very apologetic, and would organise a replacement and , couldn’t have been more helpful and told me when replacement would be sent and without a doubt, Nut constantly kept me updated and when product would be sent ect.. I received replacement just as promised and I was very appreciative with his customer service and the way the whole process went. Will be shopping there again without any doubts. Thank you Nut

Ordered a garden shade, got delivered on time and happy with the product and customer service.

Before ordering we had brief clarifying communication with Homemygarden support. It was polite, professional and addressed our questions. The ordering process was straight forward. The product is good quality. 5 Stars. HOWEVER, the transport company used by Homemygarden, Hunter Express was well under par. Rate negative stars. The consignment was picked up on 2 January and tracking said left Melbourne for Sydney 3 January with expected delivery in Canberra between 8 and 11 January. The next tracking scan was 5 January when it said departed Sydney for Canberra. If further scan updates had been listed the delay would have been shown. HOWEVER, by 12 January no further scans for the arrival at the depot in Canberra (a 3-hour drive from Sydney). I called Hunter Express and the lady apologised but was unable to give any idea on the location as it had not been scanned into Canberra. On Monday 15 January mid-morning there was a tracking update out for delivery. The young man who delivered the consignment was very polite and very helpful. The bottom line is Hunter Express leaves a lot to be desired with respect to service in timeliness of delivery and keeping the customer informed of tracking details. If they can't provide these basic services, I recommend that to preserve its good rating Homemygarden should use a different contractor.

I recently purchased a keyboard from Mister Bidet for my own use. I reported to MR Bidet that there was a problem with one of the keys being flat and simply out tune. I emailed a video to MB so they could assess my issue. MB were very quick to respond to my issue and offered service excellence to resolve the issue.
