The sauna blanket is made of a new artificial leather quality with infrared heat (FIR: Far infrared) with its heat control, it stimulates blood circulation, increases fat burning and cleanses the body of waste products. The carpet, with its two infrared zones, has been tested to be one of the most effective methods for, among other things, weight loss, as the heat of the carpet causes your body to generate sweat. The infrared, in-depth heat makes your muscles relax, loosens tension and pain in the body and gives you a feeling of well-being. The heat effect helps to strengthen the immune system, improve your cell nutrition, expand your blood vessels and make the skin fresher and more active.
The carpet has of course been thoroughly tested and has low EMF (Electric Magnetic Fields), which is also measured by, for example, the electromagnetic fields of mobile phones. Medical specialists have discovered that our body quickly absorbs FIR light, as FIR vibrates the water molecules in the body and this produces a heat reaction. The heat causes the temperature under the skin to rise, so that the blood vessels expand. In the infrared (FIR) spectrum, it is possible to see details that you normally cannot see with the naked eye, as infrared light can penetrate materials (for example, a sauna rug). The sauna effect and the infrared (FIR) effect give new energy to the body when you are thoroughly warmed.

Roll out the blanket.
Put the two wires on the device in "Output".
Feel free to use a cotton sheet or cotton underwear that can absorb some of the sweat when you lie in the blanket.
Lie down on the carpet.
Zip up the zipper so that you lie in the blanket like in a sleeping bag.
Start the appliance and use the supplied remote control to regulate heat and time. (Do not start the device before you have laid down in the blanket).
Switch off the machine after use
Open the blanket after use so that the heat can escape.
Clean after cloth with a damp cloth (please use water and soap as needed)
Use the sauna blanket for up to 30 minutes at first, and remember to use it carefully and as needed. The carpet must always be used in a dry room, and never in a bathroom.
After use, it is important to drink half a liter to a full liter of water, as the heat starts the cleansing process. If necessary, finish by smearing the body in cream for the complete feeling of well-being.
NOTE: Should discomfort, nausea or the like occur, stop using it until you feel well again.
