Operation:
Secure the product on your knees.
Long press the power button to enter automatic mode.
Short press to turn on/off infrared or laser.
Short press the vibration button to adjust the intensity.
Short press the heating button to adjust the temperature.

The machine is smart: if the machine recognizes that the machine is not being used, it will automatically shut down within 2 minutes.
